Treybrooke Apartments

Good place to live.

I have lived at Treybrooke with my girlfriend for 4 months now and I am very happy with the amenities, leasing staff, location, and cleanliness of the apartments. They're priced a little higher than most in the neighborhood but you get what you pay for. Any problem I have had was resolved almost immediately.

Simple: roaches noticed on moving day. After 6.SIX.6!!!!! ATTEMPTS by maintenance to resolve issue, ROACHES ROAMED WILDLY ALL OVER APT AND ESPECIALLY THE KITCHEN. Moved out after threatening to report owner for public health hazard. Management flat out lied to my face and said that I was making it up. Then backed out seeing roaches for themselves and me threatening to publicly broadcast the disgusting apartments. UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY MESSED WITH THE WRONG PERSON.

I had a terrible experience with Treybrooke. Their "new pricing system" is ridiculous. They are the only complex in town that does not post standard prices for units. Instead, prices change every day and change according to when you sign the lease. It actually penalizes the buyer for waiting until an apartment is ready to view (they want you to sign a lease without seeing one). Two identical apartments can be priced $100 apart. It is a way to get around competing with an open market. Their prices are astronomically high compared to other places in town, while facilities and location are not that great. It is impossible to get out of the complex in the morning due to the medians on 5th St prohibiting left turns. The office staff is no assistance, either. Candace, the leasing agent I spoke to, purposely deceived me muliple times and never kept her word. I would never recommend Treybrooke to a friend after my unsuccesful dealings with the staff.

This place is really great if you work at the hospital. I can simply roll out of the bed and head right across the street. Landscaping is nice too...

Great apartment management, location, and apartment conveniences. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and courteous. Absolutely an outstanding selection.
