Hair by SK at The Fringed Benefit

Absolutely disgusting. After my shampoo, I walked back to the chair to sit down for my trim. The towel slipped onto the floor. The stylist picked it up and proceeded to dry my hair with it like nothing was wrong. I had to ask to have my hair rewashed. And I was asked, "Do you want me to use shampoo again?" Are you kidding me? Never received an apology and was charged full price for my visit. I left a message for the owner to contact me. Her apology came across as less than sincere. Instead she made excuses that she rarely gets complaints at her salon. I don't care. My experience was disgusting and dehumanizing. This is an expensive salon yet I was apparently not worth another towel or the cost of another dab of shampoo. I don't think the stylist or owner would want the same treatment.

Needed a haircut due to regular haircut person being on vacation. Called Fringed Benefit -- didn't particularly like the automated answerer but then I was lucky enough to have Dawn answer the phone. She set me up the same day and did a WONDERFUL job -- have continued to go there and refer ofhers with nothing but good reviews. Keep up the GREAT job!
