G-Vegas Towing & Recovery

The worst towing company I have ever encountered. My mother is elderly and has a handicapped sticker in her vehicle. She parks next to the door of my sisters home if she needs to carry groceries etc. Into the house, she has limited mobility and has a difficult time walking at times. The owner refused to give me his name and was very rude regarding working with my mother who is on a fixed income to get her car back...not to mention they had just recently put up signs without informing the residents. When my mom called him his response to her was "tell your kids to come visit you and you won't have to drive to visit them" luckily I recorded the entire call between me and him and he threatened to tell the police that I was harassing and threatening him because I said I was going to post the truth on how he treated my mom on social media. Little does he know, you can't do anything to anyone for telling the truth. He kept hanging up on me and continued to refuse to give me his name. Most towing companies are sharks and will do anything for a dollar, even if its at the expense of a fragile human being. I plan on posting the recorded conversation and this man's business to bring awareness to how heartless some people are! If anyone knows the owners name, post it here! Thanks

I got some important paperwork to get out the car is that possible

This service was horrible as well as the owner no professionalism at all. I was denied my car because I wanted a receipt and after askinf why and explaining why because I was given him cash he denied me my car because of my attitude he stated and drove off. Another drive did come up and he was nice and told me that the previous driver does have an attitude issue and he understand why I wanted a receipt. He even got out the truck to help me and watch me get my car. This guy was tall and slim he was good at his job as well as having professionalism

I didn't get his name, but he got to me within 10 minutes! Changed my tire. I was short $6 so I told him to hold tight while I got it out of the car. He said, "No, don't worry about it. Hurry up and get inside, it's too cold out here!" Really made my day to know that he cared. I will recommend him to to everyone from now on. Thanks for your kind gesture and tire advice!

I rarely leave reviews but this place deserves it because these guys are seriously the best! I unfortunately have been in 2 accidents in less than 5 months and they have been nothing short of amazing both times. They have helped me at the scene to get my things out of my car, offered to let me come get the rest out at their place after hours , always quick to call back, and genuinely cared about how I was doing post accident whenever I went by to get things the days following my accidents.. They are very friendly and definitely helped make a bad situation a lot easier to deal with. I would highly recommend them to any one who needs a tow at any time. Thanks for being so great guys and keep up the great work!

I know that sounds a bit weird but to the man that gave the hysterically crying girl a ride from First Street to get her car, I really appreciate you being kind to me. Today really has been one of the worst days of my life - to top it off I've never had to pay that much to run to the bathroom before work. I knew I was in the wrong spot and I thought if I was quick it would be okay. I so embarrassed and couldn't be more thankful you allowed me to credit the charge.I'm so sorry to have wasted your time but so thankful you were kind and didn't make me feel silly and more ridiculous for crying.. thank you for letting me tell you about my day. Thank you so much for accepting a tow and then not showing up! Nothing like confirming and then leaving someone stranded.When you receive the complaint from the BBB and then get questions from Allstate roadside assistance. REMEMBER that I called you 4 times and left messages and got no response other than being left STRANDED without any WORD at all from you!!! the least you could have done was replied and notified us that you WERE NOT GOING TO SHOW UP!!! so thank you for you screwing us to the WALL!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They accepted the call from my roadside assistance company and I spoke to them on the phone to confirm. They NEVER SHOWED UP. called 4 times and left messages and never received a call back!!!!
