I had taken my expensive watch here and I gladly had it returned to me in 30 minutes. And the best part was they don't disappear in the back room to fix it. they guy were Perry nice and courteous, very speedy in repair and quite inexpensive. I do recommend this business after being disappointed with the fake small store repair .

STAY AWAY!!! This place treats customers like second-class citizens, and is not as great as people make it out to be. I went in to check out their engagement rings, but the staff was extremely rude and judgmental. Further, they make themselves seem like a classy jewelry store, but all they are is a glorified pawnshop. I won’t and would never spend money there, especially since the staff who treated me with disrespect turned out to be the owner, Randy Edens. There are many other good jewelry stores in Greenville, so there is no reason why anyone should subject themselves to this kind of verbal humiliation and degradation. They don't treat customers as they should be treated, especially ones that are about to make a sizeable investment in a ring. Do yourself a favor by staying far away from this place!
