Overall

a friend of mine knew an artist here so i said why not give it a shot right?? i showed them what i wanted and the artist told me $60 ,,,,i went to pay and they charged me $80.... then the artist went to draw it up and comes back with a crooked lined amateur sloppy looking drawing... it was a 2 inch simplistic camera and the lines were tilted and it wasnt even a rectangle...everyone who worked there has their noses in the air at us and not only did it seem like i was intruding because they had to stop smoking from out front to come do the tattoo but they were so rude i just asked for my money back after a moment of feeling completely uncomfortable there and the person said well if the artist is set up i won't give you anything back.....

luckily he wasn't but to say it was a horrible experience is an understatement .

these people are amazing!

I was really sketched out getting a tattoo when I came to Greenville and I was told about this parlor. These artist are absolutely incredible. They try to help keep you calm when you're nervous and do awesome work. I would never go anywhere else to get any work done. They have a gained a life long customer for sure. They are very friendly and take their work very serious and do it amazingly. Got another tattoo today and I must say, I am very happy with it. Must check these guys out!

Prior to going into Cape Fear ...

Prior to going into Cape Fear and getting piercings, every piercing I had ended up getting infected. I decided to give it another shot and went into Cape Fear and had a great experience! The piercer, Rachael, not only knows what she's doing, but she's very nice and explains the healing process very well. She has pierced both of my ears and also my lip. I never had a problem with either piercing and was very satisfied with the customer service by all the employees I came into contact with. I've never gotten a tattoo done there; however, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else in Greenville to get any work done!

So incredibly rude. I paid 100 dollars for a piercing and took as best of care of it as I could - cleaning it multiple times a day and taking good care of it. Because it was a cartilage piercing it developed hypertrophic scarring(which I hear is quite common). I went back several times to get advice and check ups and did exactly what they told me, even though they did it rudely implying that I wasn't taking care of it which believe me, I was. When I most recently went back because it hadn't gotten any better, the piercer rudely told me that it was clearly too "high maintenance" of a piercing for me and that she could tell that I hadn't taken her advice (which she didn't even really give me). She also told me she was going to charge me 10 dollars to take it out. Overall it was a horrible experience, I ended up going to skin graffix where they removed the piercing for FREE and told me that Cape Fear had used the wrong jewelry for healing and had done a sloppy job of placement for the piercing. Long story short, don't go here.

These people are very rude, I ...

These people are very rude, I would NEVER refer them to anyone I know! My husband went to an artist there to try to get a tattoo drawn up that he wanted, the guy told him to be back in a week, we gave the guy our number and told him to give us a call if he did not want us to come in, and if he was still working on it. We went back the next week and the guy told my husband that he did not tell him to come back and got an attitude with him and started bitching about my husband to another artist, I had to take my husband out before he jumped across the counter and beat the guy. That was very unprofessional and disrespectful.
