Had a great experience at Ashley and the the customer service was great. Marty did a great job helping me find bedroom and living room furniture for an affordable price.

This store is great, I found the couch I wanted, the guy helped me out a lot kinda sucks I just missed a sale on the couch but still worth it. But the customer service number to set up delivery is horrible. They said I could set it Up anytime. I got a call saying they could deliver it last weekend but I was working so they told me to call back and reschedule so I called back today trying to set it up and they say they only deliver to my area every other Saturday and it happens to be the Saturday I work. They refused to set another date just every other Saturday. Being a single male home owner I don't have anyone there that can sign for it and I can't afford to take random days off to meet there schedule what happened there customer service to be this unwilling to help

I purchased a complete living room set from this Ashley Furniture store and I was not disappointed. I was walked through the process by very helpful staff at the store when trying to make my decision. I also didn't feel like I was being hounded like every other furniture store we visited prior to this one. All of our questions were answered and the sales person was very friendly.



The delivery process was simple too. The sales person from the store contacted us multiple times while waiting for furniture to let us know where our order was and sometimes, just to say hi and remind us that we were still on their minds!



The delivery staff arrived right when they said they would and were quick, professional and very efficient!



I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars because they deserve more! I can't believe that other person had a completely opposite experience than I had from THIS store.



I've already recommended them to all the other families that moved here to the area at the same time as us from our old base! As a matter of fact, the wife and I are planning to head up there next week to start looking for a new bedroom set!

I stopped by the Jacksonville store to look around at some of the sale items. A salesman (Mr. Don Williams) approached me, introduced himself, explained the sale, and then let me finish browsing without intruding. I found some items that I liked and he wasted no time at all in completing the paperwork and letting me finish my evening.

Since my purchase, Mr. Williams has called me twice to give me updates and to say thank you. This made me feel more like a valued customer and less like a sale and I appreciate it greatly.

I just received delivery of these items today, less than three weeks since my purchase. The delivery window was 3:00 - 7:00 and the truck showed at exactly 3:00. The delivery men (Eric and Scott) were extremely friendly and professional in both manner and appearance. The assembled the furniture, presented the paperwork and were on their way by 3:15. I couldn't have been better pleased by this whole experience.

I think, however, that Ashley Furniture has set the bar a little too high for anyone else to meet it. I won't bother looking anywhere else in the future.
