I am new to the most recent changes in my health condition that has required the assistance of Apria. However, I have found, so far, everyone I have come in contact with to be attentive, caring, kind and they actually answer the phone! And, as I am not familiar with everyone I would love to call each by name to thank them for the care they've given. But, thus far everyone whom I have come in contact with, has been exceptionally caring and showed sincere concern that I had the supplies I need as well as the care I need. Amy is one of the best R.T.s I've ever met. Her credentials, experience and knowledge are impeccable. Liz has been genuinely kind when I've called with questions. Sometimes it can make all the difference in our day just to know someone cares enough to take a moment to talk or laugh with us. Cliff, Robert and Kendrick were all professional and kind when they delivered needed equipment. I do not like to leave anyone out, but sometimes I forget names. For this, I apologize. So far, everyone I've come into contact with are really awesome and I hope the company appreciates them accordingly.
