The only reason I gave one star is because I had to rate it, this place is not even worthy of half a star. This is the worst place to live. Management is very unprofessional and unorganized. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOURSELF THE STRESS AND STAY AWAY!!! If you do take the chance and move in you need to make sure you can prove your made your monthly payment because tenants have been taken to court over rent not being paid when it actually was. They pick and choose who they like and who they let get away with what they want. Just because another tenant does something and gets away with it doesn't mean you can. If they like you then you can do what you want with no repercussions, however if they do not like you they will do what they can to make you leave the property. They will write up bogus violations and listen to what other tenants have to say about you and will not verify with you before giving you the violations. They will lock you out of your home if you own it or not and give you VERY minimal time to leave, kids or not!! This is by far the worst place I have ever dealt with. If you purchase a previously owned home from them that they tell you they will complete work on, they won't. Once you sign the papers for the home you are on your own, a tenant was advised by the park management that they were to remind them the work needed to be done. Needless to say now 3 years later and the work STILL was not done but you can guarantee if that rent it not paid you will be taken to court. But apparently they don't have to follow the contract that is signed when purchasing the home but YOU better follow what they tell you to do at that time. They like to change things up when they decide they want to without any notice!!! They expect you to follow park rules like the speed limit but the park mgmt don't and they drive through the park like they are on a highway. But you better not be caught doing it as that is a violation of park rules!!! Save yourself the stress and throwing your money away and find a better place to live!!!
