So nice to walk into my neighborhood hardware shop and be greeted, waited on, and helped by very nice people and even how-to advice. I love this place. part of Greensburg culture.

My college kid needed her screen fixed where she was renting. Of course it was Dads' job to drive a long way to fix it. I suggested she try a hardware store. The first hardware told her to just go buy one. I was like WHAT?? I called Bortz..he kindly quoted me a price and said it was no problem to fix. 14.99 or less. I was very grateful to him.
