The ownership of this bakery is unprofessional and unorganized. When making a custom order the ladies up front said their owner handled custom orders and would leave a note to get back to me. I never heard back so I called about 10 times with the same answer as before and even walked into the store. The cupcakes are delicious and the customer service is friendly but honestly you'd be better off going to Maxie B's for custom orders and cakes. It won't get done at Gigi's.
