Delta Air Lines

On 11/26/18 we awaited the arrival of our puppy. It was a very pleasant experience. The gentleman behind the desk was friendly and helpful. The plane was delayed but he helped the time pass by. They need to put a snack machine & maybe a small television. We had our grandchildren with us. This would of helped. The gentleman was Curtis. I feel he is an asset to Delta. Thank you

We arrived at the air cargo terminal at the time we were told we should be able to pickup our shipment. We waited only 3 minutes for our shipment to arrive. The agent couldnt have been more courteous and helpful. Wonderful service.Date was March 10, 2018 at 8:45 pm. Eddie Lindsay, Asheboro.By the way. The cargo was a 12 week old puppy shipped from Salt Lake City. The dog arrived alive and in great shape. I couldnt be more satisfied.

Horrible , staff were rude and smelled like weed and liquor instead of a business it look like a ''hangout'' spot very unprofessional.
