Twisted Scissors

I was referred to this salon because they were said to do good work. I will say that the stylist did a great job on my hair, but I would not go back simply because of the way I was treated. My stylist in no way attempted to make me feel comfortable. In fact, I was completely ignored as they spoke to other stylist or friends of theirs that just happened to drop by the shop. I'm not asking for grand treatment, however I am paying you to do my hair... I would appreciate it atleast a "semi-pleasant" demeanor towards me. I scheduled another appointment, because I thought everyone deserves a second chance... Only to find out when I called to confirm the appointment that my stylist was going out of town that day and "just hadn't gotten around to calling me to let me know." When I asked if someone else could do my hair, I was told that my best bet would be to go to a different salon.

Great business stradegy they have going!!

I took my 16 year son to get a haircut. We asked for some books to look at teens haircuts and they just said we used to have some over there. They did not care if we found the books or got his hair cut there. We left and will NEVER go back.
