A few months ago I had a problem with my '05'frontwheeldrive coupe, wearing out rear tires quickly. I took it here for alignment. The mechanic (one of many), 20 minutes later said he had something to show me. One rear tire wobbled loosely, he said" I can't align it. The rear stabilizer is bad. I can fix it for $100 more. I'll order the part & put it on."
I didn't have the money, so i drove on it. wearing out several used tires until finaly, I could return to work & get paid.
Looking for it at 'Jerry's salvage', they said " nothing wrong with your stabilizer, take it to 'Forrest Hills Alignment'."
'Forest Hills' fixed for $40, a normal alignment. He said the alignment adjusters were 'very loose. it's a wonder your car didn't ride sideways'. He got a 25% tip from me.
There's at least 1 Conman working at Rusty's, unless he's been fired. hopefully.

Provided by DexKnowsJust moved to town and thought rustys looked like a trustworthy place it being so busy. I spent $1800 to have clutch, timing chain, water pump and rear brakes done. I tried to pick up my vehicle 3 times each time they let it go in a dangerous condition. First time my brakes have out as I left the lot almost sliding into traffic. 2nd time my emergency brake was not working. 3rd time my brakes were still not safe along with several other problems. I had asked the car be inspected too to bottom since I was spending this amount but I felt they just wanted the money and to get the car it as quick as possible. Each time I left the car there I was givin disrespect and attitude by the front desk employee. The last time I had the owner drive the car with me in it to test what my brakes. Along this trip I was called a pathetic loser an idiot and that I should move back where I came from. My response was F you buddy just take me back to the shop. He then drove 60+ mph the whole way back and someone pulled right out in front of us. Instead of braking because the brakes were horrible he swerved off the side of the road and maintained speed. When I got into the driver seat to leave he approached my door and threatened to assault me for mouthing off. I would not recommend do them to anyone ever for anything.

Provided by DexKnowsAs a newly single woman, I had to learn by experience who to trust with my vehicles. I've found it at Rusty's. They're good at what they do and I feel like I've been treated fairly and honestly. Their prices are reasonable too.
