Sorry to hear about your loss, It saddens me to hear about people running these businesses this was.They truley don't give a hoot about nothing or no one. It's all about money these days!!! Sounds like brenda wants to control everybody life but her own. Doesn't sound like a christian women to me either. Heartless people.

It was the worst experience imaginable! My husband lost his father in June 2011, and his grandmother in August 2011. Our family was not able to grieve due to the funeral director Brenda Walker. Brenda Made this a personal issue for her self. My family has in order against a relative for safety reasons, so with that being said Brenda decides to over rule the judge's decision and invite this person anyway. Putting our family in a very dangerous situation. The police was called and Brenda lied to police telling them she had contacted us earlier to inform us that this person would be there at the funeral home. That was a lie, the only message my husband received was a text message from Brenda Walker asking for him to lift a order of protection. Orders can't be lifted by victims they are put in place by judges. We showed this to police and they informed Brenda that this person is not to be around our family that she (Brenda Walker) was and is suppose to call 911 if that person returns. Brenda is very unprofessional. She has a lot of nerve to ask a victim of domestic violence to lift an order. Orders of Protection are put in place for a reason. Domestic Violence is very serious and this person was charge with DV and is on probation. I would not recommend this funeral home for saftey purposes.
