Worst place to do business with, They tell all customers that it's a special order to get the extra money which they pocket and then they tell you merchandise arrives in 2weeks; more like 2 months. My daughter place her order in March and now it's May and still no furniture. I will be going to Fox News if no change really quick. Beware, beware, customer service manager is rude, bad business and they give you the run around. I will by every means necessary warn people of this business

Not so great! I ordered a living room set, bedroom set, dining room set and a breakfast dining set. They didn't deliver my items for almost a whole month. When called they said that it was bc my dining set was special ordered. However, NO ONE ever told me that it would take this long or that it would delay the other items. When the merchandise did arrive the chest in the bedroom set was badly damage so now I have been waiting 3wks for it to arrive. The drawer to the dresser was also damage their delivery man was suppose to relay that to the store, of course he never did. So when I called I was told to take a picture of the item and another picture of the item number on the back of the dresser so they can reorder it. I am 5'2, and the dresser is too heavy for me to do all of that. So I will have to take the drawer to the store to see if they can give me the floor model drawer. ON GOING HOT MESS!

Horrible experience ordered my a dining room table 1/11/16 didn't receive a call that it arrived until 2/11/16 after being told 2 weeks had to call wishing 2 weeks to find out that it was delayed because it was out of stock and weather. I asked for free delivery vs laying $100 because my item in over 2 weeks late he said no because it's a 3rd party I told him that it was bad customer service and that he could pay the 3rd party and offered to take it down to $75 but I thought it was 3rd party. Once my table arrived a screw was missing for 1 of the chairs so I only have 3 out of 4 chairs smh
