We lived in one of their apartments for a year, we were told before the lease was signed that there was a non refundable pet deposit that basically covered minimal pet damages. When we moved in we did a walk thru with David and Kimberly but when we moved out they wouldn't do a walk thru with us. I knew right then ans there that something wasnt right. So we moved out ans the place was spotless, the carpet had normal ware and tare but we lived there a year its not supposed to look like we never walked on it, also there was a broken blind and i was going to replacr them but i was still under the impression that the pet deposit would cover it. So about 2 weeks after we moved out we called about our deposit and was told that the only thing holding it up is the sofa we put out for trash needed to be put in the dumpster, so we drove over there and moved the sofa into thw dumpster. Then a week later we called again and the broker (not sure her name but she is rude as all hell) said theat we would get a letter in the mail by October 1st amd she couldn't discuss anything with us till we got that letter. Well we tried to give her our new address to mail us the letter and she said no she has to mail it to our old address and it will get forwarded us from there. WTF? I mean why not send it direct? ANYWAY, we just got back from vacation 14 days after the first of the month and still no letter, so we called them this morning and she said they are having mail issues but we should have it in 3 days, then goes on to tell us that the pet deposit doesnt cover anything but that its a convince fee to be able to have our pets. Then she said they had to replace all the blinds and all the carpets and we would not being getting our deposit back. Then we asked for copies of the photos cause we wanted proof of this damage and they refused to give us copies stating that its for their records only. Needless to say we are contacting our lawyer because i know there was no damage to the carpets. They are crooks in my eyes.

Overall

Very poor communication. "When I know something, I'll call you" is not sufficient. If a service has not been provided by the stated time or if property management is unable to contact their repair people, an update, even if it is to say that you're working on it but have no further information to provide, is expected. Do not expect that from this company.

Exceptional Customer Service

David and Kimberly are excellent real estate agents. My fiance and I traveled from New York to check out different areas in Florida. They took us to see five different houses, explained all the areas, and the distances. After we went to lunch, we realized that we were looking for something with more space. We called them back, and they immediately had us come back over. They found us four more houses and took us out again the exact same day! I had been working with another real estate agent from a different company who shall remain nameless. The former agent told us to drive around and get a feel for the areas. I had explained that we were from New York and didn't know the areas, but it did not sway her opinion. David and Kimberly were the exact opposite. They were extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. Unfortunately, we decided not to move to Florida after all, but we are very grateful for their help and want to leave them as many nice reviews as possible. We HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to relocate, move, or just interested in learning about Florida. Thank you!!!
