Affordable Dentures

I made an Apt a week before driving down as we had to drive 4 1/2 hours to get there one way with a infant. The lady said it would be 140.00 for one single tooth partial denture and 90.00 for the xray. Fine. 230.00 for my one tooth to be made wed make it work in my budget. k. I called the day before to make sure that no one was jerking us around and I had my dates, times, and rates right. The lady said Yep - see you tomorrow.

We drive down to Green Bay, WI - Once we get into the office - staff is nice. Get back within 15 minutes. Than , the doctor says yeah we can add the other 3 teeth you have missing in the back for the same price. So, I'm like ok cool. For the 230.00 right? Umm, no. They are charging us 505.00 total with the 90.00 extra!!! Are you freaking serious!! My husband and I were extremely irate and than the nurse tried to flip it around and say I mis heard the lady I spoke to because they are denying even giving me those rates!!!

I had to go next door to get a 500.00 loan which in the end am going to pay 630.00 just to get this that I need for work ( I have to have no gaps in my smile for not only myself but also for sales position )

My gums hurt and are bleeding. Nothing they can do even though the paperwork says I have 60 days to get them fitted for free. Personally I dont want to go back to this place - EVER! !

But, whats a girl to do when you pay this much money and get pretty much nothing in return!!

I'll never ever send anyone I know to this place~!!!

We called ahead to see if my mother could get her new dentures. We were told Dr. Swenson does not feel well so if you come late you will not be seen. My mother is 55 and needs new dentures, and has cash to pay for them. We drove around for an hour looking for this place. We called back and were told they are behind Big Lots. They are not. They are in a rundown building and the first question they asked my mom is if she had medicare or medicaid. She explained she needed new dentures and has cash. The lady explained that since we arrived at 8:45 a.m. we would not get any dentures unlike what was stated on the web site. The office staff was rude and 90% of the patients were their to have the dentures fixed. Every one had a story about how the dentures were made. We left. I believe they are only interested in those who have medicare or medicaid.
