My wife and I went in to discuss the purchase of a retractable awning. Older gentleman who waited on us spent an incredible amount of time trying to sell us a $30,000 awning. No that figure is not a mistake. When we reminded him that we were looking for a mid priced awning; he then took us to an $800 awning and demonstrated how cheaply built it was. We then said that other area companies had well built retractable in the$4000 range for the 10x18 size we needed. He then showed us a model that did not have a cover for the mechanism. It was $3500. Neither did it have a motor or wind sensor. We asked him to come to our home to measure. Did not want to do that. Said he could do the whole thing from our measurements and an emailed photo. Wanted it professionally measured by installing company so measurements would be correct.

In short, sales skills were very inadequate. Did not listen to our needs and did not want to ever leave the store so that he could professionally measure and make suggestions. My wife and I both were offended. We signed a $4700 contract today with an area company that was courteous and offered a product with a longer warranty. By the way it also has a motor and a wind sensor. Our experience shows that there are better options out there than Greeley Tent and Awning

Fantastic place. I was able to go in and discuss my needs and come up with a plan. The fabric selection for awning coverings is great and up to date with current trends. I was able to choose from several different manufactures to come up with the perfect look. Thanks Julie, your guidance and support were above and beyond.

My awning didn't fit properly. They were rude on the phone and in person. Were NOT willing to fix anything, basically threw velcro at my daughter and said "I hope we are done with this now." I was extremely dissatisfied with the product and service I received.
