I had called the Geek Strategies after I looked em up on the yellowpages. I needed to reformat and install Vista. The technician who showed up was very well versed with his job and knew what he was doing .The price was the same as stated and very cheap. The tech also installed and updated my computer. Great guys, very friendly definitely worth an applaud and defintiely recommended for future business.

I had a major malfunction with my grandmoms computer and she is literally dinosaurs to technology. I contacted this recently started company and used the 24 hour express repair service. The guys charged me a third of what Best Buy's Geek Squad would have charged me. The agents also briefed me on what changes they had made. The computer works like new and could not have been better.
