European Masters

BE AWARE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INSTITUTION I came across European Masters in great neck Ny when i was searching for an E class 63 AMG. I called them for some information and they put me on the phone with Darryl. Asked for some further information, condition and availability and they said the car was in great condition, was available . I immediately placed a deposit and asked to hold the car for me as i am based in Los Angles, CA and had to take a flight to see the car. The following morning i have submitted a finance request and they called me back saying i was approved with an OK APR and they they will send me over night the documents to sign.
In the meantime i went ahead and booked the flight and hotel tickets.
Called the following morning since the documents haven't arrived, but nothing..no one is answering as if they were avoiding me. Called the manager Norman and he said the car was at the body shop getting fixed (already a problem). Called the front desk and they said the car is available for sale (another problem), managed to call Darryl from a different number and he answered miraculously admitting the car has been sold to someone else..
So much lies, deception, miscommunication between the staff.
Why do European Masters NY deceive people and take their deposits, run their credits, make you book tickets and fly 3000 miles for nothing...
I am reporting them to the state attorney general for fraud, false advertising, running hard inquiries taking deposits for no reason

For the car i wanted and getting the run around everywhere i finally went someplace where the salesman was professional and friendly and even though my credit wasn't the best i am sitting in my car now about to drive home!!! Thank you masters!

I went in to buy a used luxury car. There was no pressure and the advice I got was helpful. I ended up buying a 2007 mercedes convertible clk and I love my car and the guys at this dealership were very nice and did everything in a very professional manner. I will be back for my upgrade soon!

I bought my Mercedes E 350 from the dealership last month, had a few issue which I noticed while making the purchase. As my purchase was within 60days free warranty coverage from dealership I was saved. Bridget the Service Manager was great she took care of all the issues, which would have costed me a lot and on her advice I took 2 years additional warranty.
