        I took my car in for bumper repair. When my insurance agent went to inspect the damage he was told they didn't know where my car was. When I went to pick it up they wouldn't give it to me without me paying $630 and told me it didn't matter about the insurance. The insurance didn't want to pay for damage they never saw, understandably. I paid to get my car back and the insurance agent looked at my car a few days later and saw where the repair was badly done. He said the crack might spread open again. He reimbursed me, thankfully. Progressive is awesome. Brad Wilkes, the manager at Lithia on 9th St lied to my face about the entire process, trying to blame my insurance agent for me having to shell out money to get my car back. I will never go there again.

        Overall

        These guys are first-class businessmen and gentlemen. They were extremely accommodating, helpful, informative, and courteous. They made my car-buying experience very pleasant by giving me a good value for my trade-in and by selling me a dynamite car for much less than anywhere else in the state. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
