My daughter was treated very poorly while trying to schedule an appointment, was lied to and told they called "several times" when in fact it was once. She was trying to get an appointment before prom. April was rude and snotty to her. I called back and spoke with Tracey, the owner, who was also short and rude. I called back to speak with the owner and got April, who said Tracey was the owner. She was unapologetic, rude, and snotty. I hope they have a huge clientele because I will be sharing my experience with everyone I can. I understood there was nothing they could do but there was no need for the poor phone etiquette and downright crappy customer relations.
