Barbara Anna Pintz, DDS

These people are so concerned with keeping appointments and making money that they completely forget about the patients. Dr. Pintz loves to talk about herself constantly to her assistants while she is working on you. She is an extremely egotistical woman. I found the front office women to be liars and extremely rude. They will do ANYTHING to keep an appointment even if that means lying to you. I learned first hand and it ended up costing me a lot of money. Once you are in there, they have you and they know it. They are so untrustworthy that it's scary to know these people are in business. I cannot stress enough what liars these people are! If you are looking for a friendly, trustworthy and comfortable dental office, do not go see Dr. Barbara Pintz. There are plenty of other offices out there that are good, nice, honest people; that actually care about the patient and will not back stab you to make a buck. They are all about the allmighty dollar and it shows when you go in there!!

I would never go back to this office again if you paid me. They are so money hungry that they don't care about their patients at all! The front office manager is a beast! She has no people skills whatsoever. The lady that sits with her

(The tall blonde lady) All she does is look at her computer screen and asks "What credit card will you be using today?". These people cannot be for real. Worst dental experience I've had in my life. Let me put it this way.. When I stepped out to use the restroom, I overheard the Beast and the Robot talking badly about me. Like I'm back in high school again.

Little bit of advice ladies!!.....next time wait till the patient leaves the building before talking sh** about them. Dr. Pintz is a fine dentist. I never had a problem with her. But, when I called to speak to Dr. Pintz about the bad treatment I got from her front office ladies, she refused to speak with me. This was an UNACCEPTABLE Dental experience and I will be sure to let all my friends know! Gee thanks Dr. Barbara Pintz !
