Kinney's Complete Auto Repair And 4 Wheel Drive Center

Brought my 4x4 in with a bad vibration & noise, paid $75+ for diagnosis and wheel balance. Called to say it "drove like a new vehicle", picked it up and there was NO change. They weren't willing to investigate further, and had no ideas what to do, and I was out the $. Ended up diagnosing the problem myself, it was a bad rear axle. You would think that a shop specializing in 4x4 repair and sales could diagnose a bad rear axle.

Was in for an overheating issue and asked for a full diagnostic. They called me back saying that it was needing a coolant flush and some other minor adjustments. At that point I approved the work assuming that was all that was needed, I paid the amount of $361.75 and had to pick the car up later. I was soon contacted by them and was told they found a cracked head gasket. I would think that was part of the diagnostic to check those things, but I guess not. I am currently trying to get my money back on this transaction for them not properly diagnosing the issue and me now having a pile of junk in my drive way. Do not under any reason go to these people.
