        Overall

        Worst service and poor education from Manager "JENNIFER" I called to complained about an awful order of wings! When I order by phone I asked for 20 pc wings, half hot, hot Bentley breaded bone in, when I first open the box in front of the inexperienced and careless cashier named "JESSIE" I saw half of my order was incorrect they gave me bone out un breaded wings and both orders in the same box separated by paper. When I asked "JESSIE" to replace my order she was not sure if her "manager" would let her do that!!!??? Really?? For their mistake ???!!! Anyway.... We (hubby and I) had to wait another 20 min) in total for my order I had to wait for 35 minutes to take my wings home!! When we got home I started to eat and notice the wings where hard to chew and very saggy and soaked in both sauces because they did not have other boxes to use??!! Wings were mixed and dripping sauce (both sauce and oily)Today I called and asked for the manager "JENNIFER" answer when I explained the problem from the beginning I told her that the quality of service was not the same and I know because we have been regular customers since 10 years ago!! She was unprofessional and uneducated saying that I only wanted "FREE FOOD" !!!!! I have never been that humiliated in my life!! I see HOOTERS from Irving will never be the same!!! Grapevine Hooters is more clean and the service is incomparable !!
