Ive spent a lot of money over the years trying pills and diets only to often end up weighing more after the diet is over.



This diet plan worked quickly and has no gimmicks or claims, it is all based on what you want to do and how fast you want to lose the weight. There are different levels for different needs and income levels, but I would highly reccommend to do the full program for only 6 weeks to just lose the first 20 pounds !



I work and am too busy to cook a "healthy meal" so I chose the advanced program as it included shakes and bars along with a fat burning injection, I could eat dinner with my family if I chose too, but during the day I used the shakes.
