Aqua Environmental Landscapes

I contracted with Gary Penney of Aqua Environmental Landscapes on 4/5/2018 to rebuild my existing Koi pond which previously had a leak in the liner. The contract provided for underlayment, a liner, 6 Koi fish and a water lily for $1290. The job was to take 3 days but based on how many times Gary canceled or made excuses why he could not show up, the pond was not completed until 5/25/18 at which time I paid the $645 balance in full. A few days later, I complained that the water level kept going down and leaking into my yard. The workmanship on the liner looks very shoddy where it should be sealed and has likely resulted in the in ground leak. I have complained for weeks, lost more than $100 worth of fish and have only requested that Gary return $500 worth of my money which he has not done. He has also not fulfilled the contract because I never received the 6 Koi fish that he was supposed to bring 3 days after the pond settled or the water lily. I was hesitant to let Gary come back to home because he had made sexually suggestive comments and jokes and requests for me to "spend time" with him. Be warned!!!!
