The receptionist is rude, waited over a hour, the medical assistant is completely inexperienced. Will never go back

Bad experience here recently. Visited the office in July 2015, ordered custom inserts in first week of August. Four weeks later the inserts arrived: but they were all wrong. Wrong material, and the wedges for my heel were not present. Office apologized and sent them back. No offer to rush the shipment - which surprised me. Again...weeks pass and I finally have to call and ask about my inserts. I'm told they were sent to the wrong office. When I went to get the new ones I find that they ordered them wrong AGAIN. I'm thinking "did you even check these when they arrived?" I guess not. To me: no real quality control. So, now I'm at 90 days since I've ordered these inserts and they can't seem to get them right. Time to cut bait and run. I inform the office that I'd just like to get my money back. Why should I have to pay for a service that they can't get right, in a timely fashion? The very nice billing department tells me "we can't do that". Huh? Just for clarification I ask "so, you are telling me that I have no alternative here and that it is acceptable to you that I have to pay full price for poor to no service?" Lot's of hemming and hawing but the answer I got is "Yes, because we would have to pay for these inserts otherwise." Well; that right there tells me where the priorities are. (Alliance did offer to give me the pair of inserts that were ordered to the wrong specifications....I don't understand the logic there...why would want something I can't use?)
I've started a dispute resolution with AMEX (I charged the cost of the inserts to them); they at least understand customer service.
I see that you have since been reimbursed for your orthotics. Our orthotic company originally sent the incorrect orthotics to our office and we apologize for their confusion. This is not typical for our practice and we have since left that company. We have your corrected orthotics here and you may pick them up if you so desire, of course, at no charge. MN

Dr. Nichols is a gem! When I first saw him I was having a great deal of foot pain. He did a thorough evaluation and recommended a comprehensive treatment plan consisting of several modalities. During the course of treatment, it proved to be very convenient to recieve all of my care -- office visits, medical supplies (boot, orthotics, etc.) and physical therapy -- under one roof at his office. All of the staff with whom I interacted was both competent and caring. Today, thanks to Dr. Nichols, I am very active and painfree! I have recommended him to friends and family, and will definitely continue to do so!

I saw Dr. Nichols for an Achilles Tendon injury, his staff was very helpful and knowledgable from helping me to get my appointment set up quickly to handling all my insurance needs. Thank you Dr. for your valuable experience, I am back on my feet now.

I've been to Dr. Nichols for a couple of different procedures. I was surprised to find making an appointment was easy. His staff was very nice and got me the date and time I wanted. They even helped me with directions on getting me to the office. When I got there they were very welcoming and friendly. The office is very nice and wait time was minimal. I went in for an ingrown toenail which he was able to fix that day. I had a very noticeable bunion and he asked me about it and we talked about the pain and discomfort I have from it. A few months later he corrected my bunion and I have to say I'm very pleased with how it has come out and the aftercare has been just as superb as well. I would and have recommended Dr. Nichols to my family and friends.
