        The groomer here is very rude....

        The groomer here is very rude. She did a terrible job with my schnauzer and cut his ear. His ear was actually bleeding when I came to pick him up he was bleeding. When I asked her about it she told me it happens often and there was nothing she could do about it. Why would dog's ears be cut often!? We will never be going back.

        We're so sorry you and your pet had a bad experience. When did you bring your schnauzer to us? We don't recall cutting a pet's ear and if we did cut anything, we would address it and inform the owner immediately. Our groomers are very careful and patient with each pet they groom and treat them as if they were their own. Even then, a dog can move the other way unexpectedly while grooming an area and a nick may occur but it does not happen often. Please accept our sincere apologies.
