When posting have facts & details correct! ~11/25/15 You had a reservation10am. You arrived approx.12:30pm 2 ½ hrs late, NOT a few min. as posted. Said you had been busy & forgotten appt. time I made no mention being late. ~10/29/15 had a reservation for10am. When you hadn't come by 11:30 I called several times leaving messages & texts no response. You were a NO SHOW.... When making reservation I Always say “If you have a change in plans please let me know” I understand unexpected things happen. A quick call is greatly appreciated. That allows the space to be available for someone else. ~12/21/15 called for reservation on12/26/15 at10am. I required a deposit for a reservation. Then you were no longer on the line. It appeared you had hung up on me. Approx.10/15 min later you call back on phone you called on 1st time said battery on phone died. ~Negative post 12/21/15 still made reservation for 12/26/15. Why make a reservation if you were dissatisfied?

Pampered pet personnel are abrupt and rude. They were very upset that I dropped off mt dog a few minutes late and required a deposit the next time I wanted to board him there.
