I had been searching for a interior rear view mirror for my 2005 Subaru Forester. I found one that was advertised as an exact replacement on their site. I received the mirror quickly, in excellent condition and for a good price. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Talked up a very damaged driver side window!!!

I went in to ask about a driver side window replacement about three months ago for a 2002 Ford Escape. They said they did infact have one but it was in their Roseburg store and they could have it in Grants Pass by five that day. They said I would have to pay for it before hand, so I asked the man what kind of shape is it in, I didn't want to pay 75 dollars for a scratched up damaged window, when I can pay 100 for perfection at a glass dealer. The man reassured me that it would be in good working condition, and that they do'nt even shelf it if it is tore up. With that said when I came back to pick it up it looked as though it had been tossed around a shop floor for years the thing wasn't even close to usable. And they told me no refunds. I would never in your life trust the workers of that business unless you meet with the part right there in front of you and you can personally verify it.

Gave me the run around on a wrong part

I ordered a mirror using a used parts site. Caveman had the mirror in the same year, same model listed as "Silver" and Grade A. The mirror arrived had many scratches and scuffs and was a metallic gray. I called and explained this was not a Saab "Silver" but a metallic gray. He made some BS claim that the shades vary across the country, and they could not take it back. I would highly recommend NOT using Caveman unless you are local and can see the actual part.
