Bullock Pen Water Dist

Too much of a deposit for water and sewage. We are paying close to a hundred dollars a month for both. Ridiculous if you ask me!! Their billing process is confusing. It seems like they add more to the bill just because they can. I wish there was another water company we could go through but we have no choice.

This place is horrible. They charge a hundred dollar deposit for water, and another hundred for sewage. They claim to have people read the meters, but I know that isn't true. I've never seen anyone out here, and all of the apartment meters have been flooded for months. They are basing usage on how many people live in the home, not by actual consumption. I have reduced my use in half, and my bill has increased by twenty dollars. It makes me sick.
