They are under new ownership now and I have had several great experiences with them. I purchase bulk shirt orders and custom ones. Ryan and his team are very accommodating and provide a top notch product. So thankful to do business with this place!

Disappointed does not describe how I feel about my experience with this shirt shop! I took my business there after hearing several bad things! Because they are the cheapest in the area, local, & a female business owner, I gave them the benefit of the doubt! They messed up my orders, not once but TWICE! And instead of an apology & remedy, they justified it like I was trying to get over on them! She said the aura she was feeling during our conversation was that I had an attitude! It wasnt mine, it was hers. She felt offended because I told her of the stories that I heard of crappy customer service, in an effort to help her be a better owner, but instead she (Laura, the owner) got snarky & lost what would have been a repeat loyal customer who would have sent business her way! I will never go back there or send anyone I know there! Cheap prices & bad customer service, you get what you pay for!

I had shirts made from them. The quality of shirts was good, but the customer service, employees, and turn around time was terrible. When I placed my second order of shirt (12 pieces), I called and made a minor change. I wanted 3 of the shirt sizes to be changed from Mediums to XL. When I picked the order up, they never made the changed that I had made. They said they "didn't have anything written down. Do you want to add on the XL shirts?". He NEVER gave me an apology or discount or any sort of relief for their mistake! I did NOT order the three additional shirts. Then (stupid me) I ordered another bulk shirt order over the phone. The lady told me they would call when the order is ready. A week and a half went by and I had to call them. They said they didn't have an order for me. I didn't get an apology, a discount, or any other relief for THEIR mistake again! Then they asked me "do you just want to place it again? What did you order?" This was the last straw. I did NOT place my order again and I will NEVER give them my business again!
