As trained medical professionals, our dedication to maintaining a safe environment through rigorous infection control procedures is at our core. We know that moving forward our commitment to your safety will be even more important. While continuing to meet traditional CDC and OSHA requirements, we are adopting some new, additional protocols. I went to My Dentist for Emergency pain in my mouth. I had never had any real issues with my teeth before so, it was a big shock when they advised me that I would need a root canal. Dr. Rhoads was very nice. The woman who is his Assistant was extremely nice. Ultimately I did not choose to have the root canal done through them because Friday morning I went in with severe pain, got the xrays and results.. asked if the Dentist could prescribe me the strongest non narcotic pain killer to help me since for the last week I have used way to much ibuprofen. I was told they wouldn't give me any thing to help with my pain since I did not get the root canal that day. Which would've been $2,700. I do not have insurance and explained I had help and just needed a cpl days to get a plan. Anyway,
The Dr. Is nice, nice staff but ultimately did not help with my emergency pain in my mouth because I didn't have treatment done right then and there. I was able to get my root canal taken care of monday and happy to start feeling better .

Awful!

Went in for dentures. After surgery, they didnt fit. It took them 3 months to get a new set. 3 MONTHS! When I asked for my money back, they refused. At my last visit, first thing Doc asks me what mood I'm in. I thought that was very rude. Did nothing to try compensate me. Basically told me Tough Sh*t.

Denture Replacement

I had used my false teeth for almost 18 years. They were shot to say the least. My husband had his teeth removed and

had used MY DENTIST in Grandview about 5 years ago. He told me that I should get my next set from them. So the

time came and I went in. Nice people and they got me fixed up. Just wonderful to smile again and eat with teeth.

Thank you and I am telling all my friends to check with you folks first.
