Cascade Therapeutic Massage

This company is horrible! Rude and untrustworthy. I purchased a massage with as a coupon at a discounted. I called this company for weeks almost a month to schedule an appointment. Never got a call back until after weeks of no response. She stated she was sooo booked she could not schedule me until 2 months pass the expiration date of my coupon. So I schedule my 4 month out appointment as I had already purchased the coupon and didn't really have a choice. A day before my appointment she calls me and states she is aware she scheduled pass my expiration and she will no longer honor her prepaid coupon! I tried to find a solution and she become extremely mad and rude. Started to yell at me and hung up. This company doesn't even deserve one star she is a scam and you will spend months of your time waiting for something that she will never preform. STAY AWAY!
