Uncle John's Pizza

On or around the 3rd of Feb 2014 my wife went online to Uncle Johns Pizza in Grand Prairie TX, it was having trouble with our address and told me to call in so I did. They took out order, address and our credit card # all is good, about 5 minutes we receive a call unable to deliver to our address out of range our card will be credited in about 2 hours, the next day no credit called them back and was told48 hours it is now the 6th of Feb and still no credit. When I told the girl the girl their website told me to call them because of an address issue the girl should have confirmed with her supervisor that the address was in delivery range before taking our order. I give them minus 5 start will never ever use them again.

The pizza is always great and very inexpensive. I order from this place at least 3 times a month. Every order I've ever placed has arrived promptly. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Grand Prairie area.
