staff was unprofessional and employees were walking around the lobby in rubber gloves, flowers were not set up when we arrived, there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the women's room and they were aware of this and did not remedy this, a doorknob to a conference room came off in my hand, there was no kneeler available in the room (Catholic family), and when we were done I had to use hemostats (medical pliers pretty much) from my purse to break the metal ties they had on all the floral arrangements (about 4 ties per arrangement) so that we could get the flowers off of the A frames they were hung on and no one offered to help. Would never use them again or recommend them
