Pro Nails

Terrible customer service- from the OWNER. I will never be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service. They kept telling everyone the wait be 10 minutes but it was actually about 30 minutes. I was with a friend who has survived two strokes and one of her hands doesn't work very well. They refused to paint her nails!! Seriously? That is discrimination. I won't every go back.

Suck my daughter went to get her nails done there tonight showing them a picture for her prom how she wanted them done and lady ignore her and did what she wanted to

Nope, not happy with this place. THREE times I have had shellac paint on my nails here. The first time the manicure lasted like it should, very strong, hard no chipping etc. The last 2 times the ends have peeled up and the shellac can be peeled right off. It is the consistency of vinyl. This last time I went back in because I literally ran my fingers through my hair and one nail peeled off halfway. TWO days after the manicure. I was told its my fingernail's fault lol they are weak and bend. My nails are hard as a rock! When I was there an elderly lady asked for the restroom and 3 people popped their heads out of the hallway and one yelled at her that she had to wait 5 minutes they were standing in the hallway eating lunch. She had to wait until they were done. The first time I ever went in, they refused to do mine and my partners pedicures at the same time. They said it was because they needed people open in case someone came in. There were 5 of them. Two were sitting in pedi hairs with their iPads and the other three were on their iPhones. Worst ever! Unprofessional and crappy products apparently. Wish I could give a negative rating!
