Complete Care Center

Have always had a great experience at Complete Care Center. The staff is very caring and knows what they are talking about.

I would never recommend this office for a sports physical. Even though I made an appointment and even had the office confirm my time and had an automated reminder call, I still have had to wait over an hour and a half. The front staff was extremely rude and told me that they don't take appointments and proceeded to tell me that there was a forty minute wait. As I type this that have taken patients in the order they have come in and totally disregarded my appointment time. If this wasn't a needed physical I would have left. However they take payment before a doctor is even seen, trapping you unless you want to loose your money.

I wanted to give a negative score, but that option is not available. I strongly suggest you don't even consider this place for emergency care. Even though I had reservations about going back there (I went there last year with a badly sprained ankle only to learn they don't take my GM BC/BS HMO insurance), I took my 81 year old mother there today who is visiting from AZ. She is having severe muscle spasms. I called prior to driving there to make sure they take walk ins. They said oh, yes, that they did. We arrived there, my mother signed the clipboard and we sat for a half an hour. The front desk person called her name only to tell her they were not taking any new Medicare patients...Obviously, they don't take ANY patients...Don't waste your time. I don't know how the doctors are, but I do know that the front desk staff is severely lacking in professionalism.
