Bought a new camper in April. First time out discovered the hot water heater was ruptured, 2 leaks under the sink, inside shower head was broke, & outdoor shower didn't work at all. This was after I was told numerous times before leaving the lot with it that all systems had been checked. Service has had the camper almost 2 weeks now & it's still not fixed. They don't communicate at all and I'm getting a little tired of being lied to.

While on the road in our motorhome, we chanced to stop at this business to have a problem checked out. The staff when out of their way to locate and correct our malfuncdtion and did not even charge us for their time.

Dont buy an RV here. Once it's out the door, they take forever for warranty work. (I suppose because they arent making any money on it) You call up to talk to the service dept. and they say they will call you back and you never hear from them. There is a guy that advertises on a billboard right outside of CW for RV repair, and a friend used him and said he was great and prompt. When my RV is out of warranty, thats where I'm going!

This facility was one a family owned RV dealer. Since being purchased by Camping World it has gone downhill. Our unit was kept for 6 weeks for some minor warranty work.....maybe 2 hours of labor. And this was with an "appointment" so we wouldn't have to wait as long. We had to finally call the manufacturer of our unit to get one problem resolved. We don't plan on ever going back to CW of KC.
