Superstar Car Wash

I wanted a full interior clean out of my car - these guys did a great job and completed the work quickly. They cleaned up years of kid stuff and even got out some paint that had spilled in the back of the car. Very friendly and efficient service. These guys aim to please!

Love it. In and out in less than 20 mins. 4 stars due to they missed few bird poop spots .

Follow up from my pre purchase of a detail...so I finally went back and even though I had to pre remind the manager about the numerous bad reviews about this car wash and I was taking a chance, I would say they have redeemed themselves. My truck looked great! Everything inside was cleaned as promised. Nothing was missing (well I did take my change, etc out BEFORE - why temp anyone? If you don't want it stolen, then take it with you before you leave your vehicle)

One more thing...if you paid for the detail of the inside of your vehicle, don't expect miracles and perfection on the outside. It wasn't anything special but I didn't pay for it, so I wasn't disappointed.

I am please and will take my vehicle here again.

Nice seating area and decent prices on the convenience store area. I will have to agree with many of the reviews here though. They hit you up on all kinds of extras and also auto glass repair. Nice guys but you just have to say no to them and they will let you go When it comes to the car wash they are ok but have really fell off in cleaning my truck. When i paid for the detail I had to have then go back over the truck a few times to get it right. I know it pissed the guy off but I wanted it done right since I paid for itI could have gone 5 stars without always having to keep on them to wash and dry truck right. Because they can't I took a star off the rating

I have read the other reviews and had a different experience. Yes, my oil change was more than the coupon, but I have a brand new car and Brandon explained to me that I needed the synthetic oil or my warranty could be voided. I also do not have to get the oil changed as often. Anyways, EVERYONE was super nice to me, it was very quick, and the car wash (basic free with oil change) was acceptable. I will be back!

I got my car fully detailed here and they did a great job. Yeah they really try to upsale but the work they did for me was spot on.

Good service as usual. Truck nice and clean. The window repair are getting to be annoying but otherwise a usual good experience.

Aside from the window replacement reps it was a good experience. Got my truck in and through the tunnel very quickly. Came out nice and clean. Would definitely recommend.

The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because when I got my car back there were marks on the driver side floor mat. I thought it was water at first but I am now realizing that it must be some kind of grease or dirt. I got the Full Service wash and I and so happy with how well they got all the bugs off. I'm pleased for the most part and I will be back.

I just wrote a comment on this car wash. I do agree that they up sale you but you don't have to do it. They did fix anything I felt needed touched up. Yes In a perfect world everything would be done right the first time but they were very nice and willing to make it right. I am here again right now with my other car and waiting patiently for it to get beautified. They have a nice fish tank to look at and a small store and a comfortable waiting area inside and out. I do recommend them.

Purchased a full detail package, was irritated by the price I paid;however, I was very satisfied with the outcome. My car looked like it was just driven out of the showroom. Patrick was very professional and meticulous was his craft. Two thumbs-up!

I truly like super star car wash because the customer service that you received from its employees is wonderful. Even though it is a car wash people sometimes forget the things that in which the individuals do for you. Your workers do not have to come in and be nice they could have attitudes and dread being in the heat all day. But I appreciate your staff and the inside staff the cashiers. I have been going to your car wash now for over 5 years and I have never experienced with one of your locations a bad attitude from any of your employees thanks for the good service that you guys are always giving.

I am new to the area, my friend referred me to the $5 car wash.I pull up to the express wash, I choose the $10 wash (and if you purchase the next wash at the same time, it's only $6 for the next) I go through and step out to ensure the tire shine wasn't too heavy because my first experience it was and by the time I got home which was only a couple of miles away, it was all over the drivers side of my car.I patted it down with a cloth this time just in case and just stepped around my car and noticed light scratches on the hood of my car.I knew they were not there prior as my car is still very new... I call the office and the manager Gabriel comes out, very professional demeanor, defends his facility stating that they wash hundreds of cars daily.my point being that exactly, ur washing that many and while the material is a cloth it can pick up debris, etc. Esp. If they aren't being power washed in between washings, which they aren't, this.could occur.he offers to have his detailer buff the scratches out, naturally I accept.... Patrick, the detailer immediately takes care of the issues on my hood.super friendly, very personable, as well as the other detailers working on other vehicles.I just happen to have my dog with me in the car so they were happy to pet him for a brief moment... at any rate, in conversation with Patrick, I asked him how much a wax is, which is very reasonable and asked him to look at two other spots on my vehicle that had happened to my roof when I was moving.he immediately took care of both for free! He really enjoys his job and it shows! Needless to say, I didn't have any cash to tip him so I offered to buy him lunch.I did so, brought it back and threw a little cash in the bag!

The service is impeccable and the quality is there for the price you're paying.quite honestly, the hand washing/cleaning services they offer look top notch and when I have time I will most certainly return! Thanks so much for the outstanding service from both Patrick and Gabriel, you now have a customer for life! keep up the good work!

I enjoyed my experience. They were fast and had a good price. The store inside was fancy. The people that worked there seemed positive.

Great service, car looks amazing.. Just took a long time. I went around 11:30 am on a weekday, they were pretty busy. Go early!

Went in for an oil change. I was pleased by the very friendly and helpful service! Something went wrong with my car, but the mechanic guy Brian was so helpful and reassuring, he even had the issue fixed by the very next day!!

Upgraded the car wash with the oil change paying $115. If the car was vacuumed the employees must of spent less than 2 minutes doing so. The lubricant used to wipe the interior is smeared randomly with areas untouched. I'm not one for public reviews when service is awful but this particular car wash, Lake Pleasant Parkway & Deer Valley Rd. specializing in rushed car washes giving no attention to detail. "Get 'em in and out" should be their tag line.

They forgot to apply the tire dressing. As long as you point out the items they overlooked you will be fine. I always have tip in hand just they know I will take care of them if they take care of my vehicle.
