Robert W. Cowden, M.D.

Today I had a scheduled appointment at 3:10 p.m. for allergy testing with Ashley. She called yesterday, 1/9/17, to ask if I could schedule my appointment earlier and to call her if I could. I could not so I did not call. When I arrived, Ashley told me that she expected me to have arrived that morning, and because I did not she could not see me that day. I would have to re-schedule for another day. I never changed my appointment. She never called and asked me to cancel because they were short-staffed. This was extremely unprofessional. I will never return to this office again.

I loved Dr. Cowden but went back for allergy testing with the allergy nurse. I showed up for my scheduled appointment with Ashley, she tells me she can't take me because they are short handed and I'll have to come back another day. I left my clients and my work for this? I won't be back.

Dr. Cowden's Staff is so wonderful. I get my allergy injections there once a week. They're the best around by far.

Ever since I started getting weekly allergy shots at Dr. Robert Cowden's office I feel a million times better. They are the best.

I was able to get in the same day that I had called. I was feeling quite sick, and he was able to give me a diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Cowden is an excellent physician who genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to talk to you and make sure you're as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Cowden is quite friendly, and I enjoyed my visit with him. The allergy department is quite friendly, as well; although the front office could be a little nicer, but overall, my experience was great!
