Brow Art 23

Never go to Brow Art in Rivergate to get your eyebrows done ! I only went here because the lady I usually go too to get my eyebrows done in green hills was unavailable. They are horrible! They don't listen when you tell them you don't want thin eyebrows you just want them shaped and cleaned up! Today I walked out with very thin eyebrows and also, uneven eyebrows! There was more hair on the other eyebrow than the other which they cut all off! ! Horrible!!!!!!! Stay away!!!!!!!!!

I've been going there for several years now. In all that time I've had a total of 3 negative experiences. They are very nice and courteous. They don't talk much to you because they have heavy accents. I consistently get great brows that others compliment me on. I recommend them.

If I could give them a zero I would. First off they are super rude and just sit there talking to each other in there language the whole time not even asking what you want and when she was finished I had pencil thin eyebrows it was horrible!!

I love the lady with the hourglass figure. she has Brown Wavy hair and She always knows exactly what I need done. she does a FANTASTIC job everytime I return!! I hate when I go and she's not there though but the other ladies do my eyebrows fine. except the woman with the light Brown hair. she left one shorter than the other a few times. Fair Service though! and Very Good Prices!

RUN AWAY!!! I went to the Brow Art 23 location in Goodlettsville, TN at Rivergate Mall. This was my first experience with brow threading, but I had watched my friend get it done by someone else at her house and it looked fantastic. This was not to be my experience. There was a woman standing behind the counter when I walked in. My husband and I walked up to the counter where we stood waiting to be greeted for a couple minutes. The woman then proceeds to walk right past us to greet her husband and kid who came to visit. After her chitchatting for a couple minutes she finally comes back to us. It's obvious this woman doesn't speak much english, but I assume she's been trained well...NOT! Since there's no way to communicate with her I can't tell her what I want, but mistakenly assume I'll leave looking nice. I don't know why I thought this since her own eyebrows looked like crap. I had the same ones she had when it was all over. I guess that's all she knows. She gave me razor thin brows like my 80 year old grandma, and then pencils in a dark line over them. Nice, huh? I guess she thinks this is an attractive look. I pay and leave since there is no way to express my dissatisfaction, or get my eyebrows back. I commented on their facebook page today, but instead of responding back to me, they just deleted my comment and blocked me. I also tried to contact their corporate office on their website. No response there either. Their customer service is just as good as their eyebrow threading apparently. Not that there's anything they can do to fix it, but an apology or something would have been nice, or a referral to someone who knows what they're doing. My husband said to look on the bright side...I can practice shaping my own eyebrows to whatever I'd like for the next few months since I have none.
