        Highly do NOT recommend this location for hours after 5PM as the food is old and the bread is reheated over and over. Should you request anything on your sandwich, other than what it comes with, open it up and check it right there at the drive thru window, as they will repeatedly tell you that they checked it, and it's all correct. By the time you get home to phone the rude and uncaring manager, it's already too late and you either have to drive back down OR eat something else. Had 2 inaccurate orders and the food was old, they used 2 different types of bread on my sub, one - you can see where they scrapped the sauce off I didn't want. That's disgusting. Also, the bread was so hard, you could (knock) on it. Literally. This used to be a good location, but service and accuracy are at an all time low and the employee roll over is getting higher. That alone should tell you something. Go out of your way to go somewhere else, like Wendy's (open late). Awful service at this Arby's.
