XYZ has come out to my place of business to repair and re-key a variety of locks. Every time the owner has shown up promptly and friendly. As a woman, I always feel comfortable with his professional domeanor, and as a client, I'm always amazed at the quality and quantity of work that he will do on site for a very reasonable cost. Much cheaper and more knowledgeable than other locksmiths I have priced and used. Highly, highly recommend!!!! I have yet to stump him with a lock!!!!!!

My dog accidentally locked himself inside my running truck today in the driveway of my parents' house 7 miles away from their office. I called to see if someone could come help and the lady on the phone made it very obvious that she didn't want my business and didn't care at all about my predicament. I was told that the locksmith was out on another job, which is understandable. I asked if he could come afterwards, since this was at 2:30 P.M. She said that she didn't know how soon he'd be done. I had to ask if I could leave my name and number and if the locksmith could call me after the job he was on. I had to ask all the questions due to no effort on her part to assist me. All in all, I was made to feel like I was a burden, that my business was not worth their time, and that my situation was unimportant. Unfortunately, there are very few locksmiths in the area, and XYZ was the only one open today. Luckily, the nearby car dealership was able to make a key.
