The worst office I've ever been to. The waiting room is horrible. You will wait at a minimum 30 minutes past your wait time. Once you see a doctor, they definitely won't listen. They will prescribe whatever they get the biggest kickbacks to prescribe so good luck in finding any kind of help. The therapists are the only good thing about this office, but definitely not worth the trouble of putting up with the other problems.

Terrible. The wait time is awful. The waiting room is disgusting. The doctors do not listen to patients but rather prescribe whatever medications they get the biggest perks for prescribing, whether you've said the medication helps or not. I visited in severe depression and left even more depressed than when I arrived. No idea where these doctors for their degrees - I would guess some sketchy online school.

Wait time is outrageous! Not to mention I find out that i am in a waiting room with my underage child sitting next to drug addicts talking about what prescriptions they are about to get. Am currently seeking another doctor for my child. I don't want my child sitting next to drug addicts waiting on their next score and openly discussing it with others doing the same. This place shouldn't even be on the list of providers that accept medicaid for children when it caters to so many drug addicts not looking to stop just looking to trade one drug for another.

As another person mentioned, although we are given an appointment time to show up the staff is not quite so punctual at meeting those times. Appointments are rarely on time, no matter if you are punctual. If you disagree with the way my son's doctor is handling things he is quick to pull a power play like requesting another doctor/and or boss in his field to step into the room to "help convince or insinuate that you don't have a choice in the matter." He also becomes very passive-aggressive when you continue to make a decision that is contrary to his. By-pass this place!

Upon arrival to an appointment my doctor made me wait 40 minutes past my appointment time while he reviewed charts with the clerk there in front of me. Then he insisted on giving me an anti-depressent when my doctor told him I was not depressed, I just have panic attacks. It is clear that he does not care about what I need. Then on my second appt there the doctor came out and started asking me about my personal info right there in the lobby. I do not recommend this place.
