Wings are great here !! However even though the owner paid for me which I told him he didn't have to bc I was happy for her to have the tip I left ... Over 90% of my bill. He insisted but I couldn't even eat my wings bc I lost my appetite at how a bartender can harass and how other people can condone their reactions.
All because she misunderstood me saying "there was honey last week, a big tub of it." She copped an attitude bc she didn't like the way I said it. She then ignored me and didn't even go to kitchen to check until I asked other bartender to ask her to go check. Then in order to get my bill I had to ask the other bartender and on top that she came over and I told her I asked the other bartender to get my tab and a container. She goes and tells her boss that I was running both of them. She lied and then after I removed myself from the situation by moving downstairs. She follows me . Yells at me and proceeds to harass me then rips up my ticket/ tip. All bc I said buy another attitude for next time.
I don't hold grudges but I do know when people having bad day they take it out on that one person they feel is weak. So yes I wanted her toget a great tip and she let her emotions get the better of her and didn't handle the customer service situation well. I didn't curse at her. I didn't get in her face. At end of day I walked away and she followed me and harassed me.

Nice atmosphere, food was average at best and the server was horrible who was constantly saying swear words while talking to friends at the bar and not refilling our drinks or taking our order. Not family friendly.

The worst dining experience EVER! The management is awful & the kitchen took forever as well. Very disappointed.I hate recommending a place to friends only to be embarrassed & look like a fool. Noone was in there the place was dead as it was still early. My girlfriends & I sat in a booth waiting on some service for at least 15-20 min noone ever came to help us! My friend was hungry so I just went to the bar to order for her & squeezed back in the booth. We had to get up & order our drinks from across the bar as well. Again watching the waitress walk past us countless times. I would hate to try & order food when they were actually busy lol we'd starve to death before someone ever came to take our order. We ended up taking our drinking endeavors elsewhere for the remainder of the evening just to recieved some service! Thats the last time I reccomend wings to a friend thats for sure.

It says "Closed on Sunday", but its not. The have NFL ticket and I watch the football games there every Sunday. The have the best wings in town and the rest of the menu is awesome as well.

This place needs to advertise there food more. Ive been all over the U.S. In the air force and this place has the BEST ribeye steak ! They have the best wings ive ever eaten and the staff makes you feel at home.

I think it is completely ridiculous that they still charge the cover if you are coming in thirty minutes before close. Being the responsible DD and coming to pick up a bunch of drunk people who need rides and I get charged going in the door to find them. Can someone explain the logic behind this? No? Thought so.

Heroes just keeps getting better.We had the best steak and crab legs last night and the staff is very nice. The DJ was alot of fun too.Best place in Goldsboro to eat an spend a night out with friends.

There should be negative stars with which to rate this place!!! Not enough help to wait on customers. VERY poor service. VERY unorganized kitchen. The WORST dining experience I have ever seen.

Looking for a place to get away with no worries, just want to watch the game ,scream and shout . Heros is the place and it hot on the block. Take a friend and enjoy the comfort zone from front to back.

This bar and grill has a lot to offer. Raw oyster bar, limited but excellent dinner/lunch menu, great appetisers, and drinks. Of special note is the relaxed atmosphere with several big screen TVs. Karaoke available three nights per week, live bands, darts, and pool is afforded those looking for something additional in a sports bar. Come and enjoy pay-per-view fights, games, and specials.
