Robert E. Fuller, Jr., Attorney at Law, helps people throughout North Carolina obtain their Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) benefits. We provide representation for people who become injured or disabled through a variety of circumstances such as car accidents, work accidents, and other occurrences.
Elder Law is a relatively new area of law that addresses issues facing older persons. Practice areas that are included within Elder Law are estate planning, wills, trusts, arrangements for care, social security and retirement benefits, protection against elder abuse (physical, emotional and financial), and other concerns of older people. As more people live longer, it has become an increasingly important field.
Wills
Every person should have a will to insure that his or her wishes will be carried out after death. Unfortunately, just telling a family member "I want Uncle Dan to have my collection of antique cars” does not mean that will happen unless a will exists.
Trusts
Fuller At Law is located in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Our office practices various types of law including bankruptcy, elder law, social security disability, wills and trusts. We've been at the same location since 1981 serving the residents of North Carolina.
Chapter 13 bankruptcy is also called a wage earner's plan. It enables individuals with regular income to develop a plan to repay all or part of their debts. Under this chapter, debtors propose a repayment plan to make installments to creditors over three to five years.
