I needed my carpets cleaned and didn't want the traditional soaking wet methods I'd used before. Fibercare was amazing. Their method is almost like dry cleaning, but is thorough on even the worst stains. The carpets looked like new. Their method is safe for oriental rugs as well.Later, when I was hopeless about PET STAINS, they were able to restore my rugs to like new status.Steve and his crew are amazing and always put their customers first. I've been using them for years now and wouldn't call anyone else.
