        Overall

        Called them on Friday and they said they could pump it on Saturday. They never contacted us on Saturday. I called and texted as their voicemail says they accept text. Never heard back. Called and texted on Monday and again NO answer. Now the earliest I can get my septic pumped is Wednesday.



        UPDATE: Got a response today Monday. Said they will be out today. They said the phone was broke and they were trying to get a hold of everyone asap once their phone was fixed.
